Victim mindsets complain about where they’re at in life and blame everyone but themselves.
Winners get out of that trap, accept responsibility for their fate (whether their fault or not) dig out of that hole, then bring others up with them.
You know you’re making a positive impact on the world when you wake up to being tagged in a post of gratitude by (not one, not two, but) three different people at three different phases in life.
- Nica, one of my team members is hungry. In addition to working full time with me, she’s started a social media consulting agency. Despite a reasonable chance she’ll outgrow me one day (I hope not), I support her every step of her journey.
