This run down, infested trailer is my property.

Canal across the road leeches through, soaking the lot making it impossible to park on the property.

Unlivable, rigged trailer with two “extension” rooms built on it that look like they’re made of cardboard, and collapsing from mold.

I saw the potential.  Bought it.  Hired a crew to demolish it.

But before the tear down I took my boys up with BB guns, hammers, goggles, and spray paint.  Let them shoot out the windows, throw rocks, and spray paint the inside and out.

Demo’d the trailer.

Then the world shut down.  Construction prices skyrocketed.  dd in a 3 year delays because of judgement calls, until the opportunity cost of missing out on time at the property with my wife and kids took priority.

Dug out the foundation.  Channeled a 3 foot wide x 3 foot deep french drain around the whole property.  Reinforced the culvert on the side of the lot.

Now I have a nearly ~$2,000,000 lake front home for my kids to have memories.

Not everyone will see your vision.  That’s okay.  Only one that needs to see it is you.
