FHL 2023 was awesome. But there was a huge unexpected turn.
- Expected to see some friends, and I did.
- Expected to make new friends, and I did.
- Expected to see my Inner Circle family, and I did.
- Expected to solidify newer relationships, and I did.
- Expected a few people to come say hi in the hallways and ask about SEO, and they did.
Did NOT expect the most common greeting to be a “thank you,” and “you and your wife inspired me to…” followed by a variety of things:
- be a better dad
- be a better mom
- start a podcast about legacy
I immediately sent Hottie a voice memo after the podcast comment telling her that she inspired others, and thanked her for letting me talk about her.
My wife is hardly online. But I constantly evangelize her. I do so for no agenda. I just love her.
But I had no idea that me just loving her and talking about loving her was being seen and positively impacting so many.
