“Hey, Dad. Meet my new friend. I was showing him who you are and he was flabbergasted.”

My 12 year old son just came home and knocked at my office door.

“Meet my new friend, Liam.”

He gives me a hug, then proudly pulled his phone out of his pocket.  He continues to break down the articles he showed his friend that I’ve been featured in, charity work our family has done, and publications his dad has written for.

Kids learn from what you do, not what you say.  They’re watching.  They’re going to talk about what they watch.  It’s your opportunity to inspire.

Don’t tell them what’s possible.  Show them.
