Fun week. Was sent an 8-page RFP for a $1,000,000/yr partnership, flew our COO in town to map out some big updates this year, and got in some face time with a few clients while he was here.
Most of our clients aren’t in my state, but didn’t realize how many are until he pointed it out.
First we stopped by Eco Green Equipment. They sell massive tire shredding equipment and commercial waste separation machines for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Didn’t get the best pic, but you can see relative to him how big some of the tires they shred are… and these weren’t even the biggest ones.
As they’ve grown, they’ve diversified into other waste destroying and separation industries. They shared with us some of the cool impact they’re having, and thanked us for supporting them. One story that stuck out the most was a small island above South America that ran out of landfill space. With their equipment, they’re now able to recapture 100% of the waste.
Next stop was Times Ticking, a watch repair company. They had a funky chair they bought that represented mechanical watch parts.
This client bought the business over a decade ago from “two old grandmas,” as he said. We’ve helped him blow up online for years, and it’s only been accelerating recently with nothing but rocketships breaking records.
People send $10 family heirloom watches up to million dollar collector watches. In December, 2025 they broke their previous revenue record that was just broke before that in October. Then January broke December’s record. And when we visited him there was 4 days left in February and they had already broke January’s record-record. 4 days left… and on a short month, so more like 6 days runway left would have been a crazy high record.
He’ll be back in town next month where we’ll do a team get-together with a few of the freelance copywriters that are here. We’ll also meet up with a few other clients that are local. We have a big roofing client that we’ve supported growing from startup to multi-8-figures annually, and a supplement company somewhere around ~$100,000,000 evaluation.
