Bought the north side of a building a few years back. Heard people refer to it as the “White Chapel,” but didn’t know why.
After buying, found out it used to be a church.
There were all sorts of crazy things I got to learn after getting the keys.
Downstairs was a MASSIVE boiler. I’m sure the metal alone in it was worth as much as the building. 😅
And the “wood floor” that was behind the reception desks were remnants of the old basketball court.
One day visiting my grandparents I told them about the building, and my grandma pointed to a picture hanging on her wall. That building was where her and my grandpa were married. 🥹
