Ha, but for real, grateful to support those that support me.

In 2021, doubled revenue and went from 15 team members to 60 in nine months. At each moment of growth over the years I re-evaluate who does what within the company, what their strengths and weaknesses are and how I can support their personal growth. Do they want to move up? Are they content where they are?

NOTE… “personal” growth, not “how can I exploit them for company profit.”

Do I want them to support company growth? Of course. But an amazing thing happens when you put personal growth first. They end up supporting company growth anyway, but all while being a better, happier human that supports the SEO National enthusiastically. They’re vested.

Big difference between forcing responsibilities and team members proudly taking ownership.
