Trying to not be so hard on myself about power naps before work. I feel lazy when I do. Like I’m not being as productive as I could be.

But I need to realize that I do a lot from 4:30 am – 8:00 am, and that nap really does get rid of brain fog. That allows me to be more productive throughout the day.

Funny how we answer our own questions in the question itself when asking for validation.

If you get up early and crush it before half the world is even awake… Take.A.Freakin.Nap.

I take a nap as early as 9am, and have zero guilt about it. 😂

Or, take a nap for no reason at all, as your availability allows.

There’s no nap police.

Before starting SEO National 17 years ago, I would take naps in my car on my lunch break at my 9-5.

My friend Bunny sent me a pillow after she heard the story of how I take naps on my kids trampoline. It says, “naps fix everything.”

Naps are rad.
