It’s simple.
Treat others like fellow humans. And if you’re in a position of leadership, don’t have employees. Have a team.
Having this mentality has given me the privilege and honor of helping my team through personal growth, cross new bridges in life, being involved in my their weddings, and now been asked to be a godfather.
