Want to attract high net worth clients? Stop chasing vanity keywords, or only things that get the highest search volume.

When I do SEO for luxury markets, I look past basic queries… which are usually the high volume searches everyone else chases, and why they lose before they even start.

High net worth clients don’t Google “luxury yacht.”  Picture lurkers and daydreamers do.

People with money search things like:

  • How long can I amortize a $50,000,000 yacht?
  • How much of a Bombardier Global 7500 jet can I depreciate first year?
  • What are the maintenance requirements of a Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut?

Questions about financial or time commitments imply ownership, not window shopping.

It’s not about what people search.  Focus on WHY they search.
