Really pushing for new freedoms and happiness doing only enjoyable things.  No more things I don’t have to do, even if I can.

  • Dishes
  • Laundry
  • Meal Prep
  • House Cleaning

Been paying attention more to the subtle, even subconscious, mental bandwidth that little things consume.  There’s always something all the time that needs attention. None of it particularly large by itself, but the constantness is absolutely draining if you catch onto it and start paying attention.

Your attention never gets a break, which means your mind never gets a break, which means your body never gets a break.  So I hired a full-time executive/personal assistant, and house manager.

❌ No more dishes
❌ No more laundry
❌ No more meal prep
❌ No more picking up toys
❌ No more cleaning kids rooms
❌ No more taking out the garbage
❌ No more mail pick up or drop off
❌ No more hiring dog sitters when traveling
❌ No more random baby sitters
❌ No more checking the mail
❌ No more cleaning the pool
❌ No more mowing the lawn

Don’t mind doing those things. But I’d rather do other things, mostly spend time with my wife and kids.

✅ Yes, more peace of mind
✅ Yes, more family travels
✅ Yes, more time with the kids
✅ Yes, weekly date nights with Hottie
✅ Yes, monthly weekend getaways with Hottie

If I love her this much with the chaos of a village, can’t wait to rediscover “just us” again.

And I’m equally excited to rediscover parts of myself with more quiet time.
