I get excited when I see someone bet on themselves.
Any time there’s a shop I go to that I found out is a new business, I send go back after buying and bring them a copy of my SEO book and a little “thank you” package to support them.
I’ve done this with a new:
- chiropractor, who I now go to regularly
- autoimmune clinics, that I now visit
- new coffee shops in town
Latest was where I took our new ATV for maintenance for our cabin to be serviced, Hansen Powersports in Kasyville. Found out they had been open only about a month. Late 20’s, early 30’s guy and his wife. Both smiles, positive attitude.
He wanted to bet on himself, and build something he could be proud to sponsor his 2 year old as he grows into motorsports, and pass on a legacy to him at some point.
My people.
When I picked up our ATV I brought him a signed copy of my book with a personal note. A week later I sent him cookies wishing him continued success with his new (and first) business.
Today, received a thank you note from them.
