One of the best things about entrepreneurship is the brotherhood of open arms anywhere you go.
I’ve had countless people reach out and offer to meet up on my three week European trip with my wife and kids. One that made an hour drive while in Spain for a few days was John Caprani.
Got to meet his wife, who he also praises publicly. And his kids and mine got along great, all full of energy and confidence.
John and I met years ago when I posted looking for a freelance copywriter to do a project. While most people are fluffy and say what they think you want to hear, John was straight to the point, communicated clearly and confidently. Signs of a winner.
I didn’t know until later that I was his first customer.
We’ve since stayed in touch, and supported each others’ missions of integrity and helping others.
Sometimes you just know a good person when you meet them and you stay in touch. And he was very kind in asking to cover the evening as a small thanks for giving him an opportunity years ago.
It’s been great seeing him win, and now with a few years under his belt he’s inspiring other aspiring entrepreneurs that financial freedom and freedom of time are possible without sacrificing morals.
