I take turns doing one-on-one trips with my kids. My 12 year old discovered malls. We have only one nearby and 3 or 4 others within an hour drive, so he’s been wanting to check out big ones in other places.
Going to take him to Vegas and check out Caesars Forum Shops, Fashion Mall, Mile High. He knows we’re going for that.
What he doesn’t know is that he is now old enough to go drifting, so we’re hitting Exotics Racing for a pro drift ride along.
Also bought tickets to Meow Wolf… and rented a Ferrari for the weekend.

Other than Xmas and bdays, don’t buy them a lot. Make them buy their own things with their own money that they earn. But I’ll spoil the shit out of them with travel and experiences.
