Okay, you might find other problems with this pic, but I’d bet not a single one of you reading this gave a shiz that I wear these two things while working? So why do you care so much about that tiny thing with you that you know you care about?
Two Zooms today, two positive comments on my wrist pads. Countless past comments on the back brace, from “Where’d you get that, I need it?!” And, “I have that same one!”
Your customers don’t want perfection. They want transparency (and you want comfort).
And which of you now want to know where I got these now? 😆
