Mad? Stressed?

Sure, it sounds better to not be frustrated, but emotions are part of life.  When you start thinking varieties in emotions are bad and 24/7 happiness is the only option, that’s when 24/7 disappointment sets in.

You don’t need a cure for every emotion, every day. (Would be nice though.)

You’re human. You have emotions. And that’s okay.
