Unless you’re selling a weight loss pill, here is internet marketing 101…

A pretty face won’t get you as far as it used to.

I know competition online is tough. Everyone wants to be on the top.  But when it comes to your website, perfectly curated photos no longer amaze people. Your customers are looking beyond “professional” and are now looking for substance.

Before launching that new site, have you ever thought what your audience wants?

  • Relatability
  • Transparency
  • Personality

When your customers hit your website, how are they going to feel when they are welcomed by artificial, unrealistically picture-perfect stock photos?

🚫 Your customers don’t want to interact with a faceless company.
✅ They want to buy from somebody they can relate to and trust.

Drop the perfect presentation. Focus on creating a connection with your audience.  More often than not, I’ve seen the most simplistic websites with good communication outperform the most over-the-top beautiful designs.  Establish your uniqueness by being more than a company. Let your customers see a little bit about who you really are. And that’s the seed that trust will blossom from.
