- No drivers license. No bank account.

And they’re perfectly ok with that.
I’ve also met with Baby Boomers that don’t have social media or a smart phone.
Whaaaaat?!
Any of the above would be crazy for me… but that’s me and not them. And that’s ok.
I love the challenge of getting my puzzle pieces to match my team members’ puzzle pieces.
And the people that work best are those that know what their “normal” is and own it anyway.
Everyone’s difference of “normal” is what makes everything so beautiful.
